Is there any way to code or mod the angel eyes to get the yellow lights like in the picture?

Not sure. Would the head light unit be interchangeable? Sadly in USA it would be US DOT not legal. I also have seen other BMW's withe same light pattern have different color DRL's

I'm going to say no. As it looks like they have changed the diode colour from blue to yellow and possibly/probably changed the phosphorus amount in the lense.
