So, it happen to me too... My 2020 G20's sunroof started rattling a bit last night, and when I pressed the button to close the shade only a clicking sound but no movement. I preformed the Sunroof reset multiple times by holding down the button for 20 seconds, and sometimes it would pop up in the tilted position, reset, and re open the visor. I left the car overnight and returned this morning, same thing it won't let the cover stayed closed. Too disappointed to try anything else, time to head to the dealer
