M340i knock in front suspension / steering rack on expansion joints 45mph or under

Same issue here but this occured AFTER i got my engine mounts replaced. My mechanic thought it was the thrust arms that was causing the problem and replaced those as well. The problem is still there.

This generally occurs when driving over uneven road. I thought it was on the driver side but it might be from the passenger side. Mechanic looked underneath the car and said everything is fine.
