Hey there guys ,

I was doing some work with some wiring that runs through the pedal box and I noticed some fuzz /foam sticking out under the dash near the foot vents that connect to the Climate control.

I notice that the foam also sticks out into an actual fan grill area as well and was wondering if this is normal ?

Below is a picture attatched with the area in question circled in red
