NO Xplode or other supplements?

just looking for other supplements to take other than whey protein to bulk up/get more defined a bit faster.

i tried some energy boosters years back but i couldn't work out for crap when i didn't take it. never again.. my body just depended on it too much.

anyone using no xplode or another good supplements?

Try Haladrol-50 you might die but youll get huge

but for real its good stuff. i took it once before they have it in vitamin shoppe...the liquid gels arent as strong, but they dont make the solid tabs anymore.

I've tried basically all supplements, and NO-Explode is the best by far. All of the Gaspari products make me bloated. Cellmass may work, but it didnt work very well for me.

I swear by NO-Explode. You should put on at least 5-7 pounds within a month. Just drink lots of water and train hard.

Then again, every body is different, but there's probably a reason why NO-Exlode is so popular.....

haha i'm not trying to get huge! i just walk to bulk up a bit more and get alot more defined. i've already improved alot working out about 5 days a week and taking whey protein but the process is slow.

You should take it before you workout. Just make sure you get enough protein down during the day. And dont forget to drink lots of water. Half the battle is eating, the other half is lifting. Good luck

I take with NaNo (also nitro) and DomEase before a work out. After I use aplodom to build up the muscles.

I take protein after a work out, either GNC one or MucleMilk. I PT/work out M-F. I aint jacked though but I've come a long way from the skinny shit i was 2 yrs ago.

I'm bulking right now and i take ZMA (magnesium/zinc) which helps your muscles recover faster because lifters usually need more when lifting. A multivitamin i just bought at a local vitamin shop. Fish oil cap's. Cytogainer which helps with my bulking a lot because its like 900 calories mixed with milk. And whey protein for my post workouts.

No need to take crazy sh!t just eat big and lift big. Then when you built enough desired mass do a 12 week cut and so forth. But one thing about bulking is that you will gain at least some amount of fat in gaining mass. You mentioned becoming defined and thats where cutting comes in.

I research the topic alot so feel free to ask me stuff.

what do you mean by a 12 week cut? as in work out w/o all the supplements?

It doesn't have to be 12 weeks (my personal routine). What i mean by cutting is that you eat cleanly with less calories than you do for a bulk. For example If your bulking your looking to eat 3000-4000 calories a day because you need to take in more calories than your body burns. When doing a cut you'd eat clean food consuming about 1500-2000 calories a day. You'd also up your cardio etc. to lose the fat you gained during your bulk, therefore achieving definition. There are different types of workout's you can do depending on your situation. To answer your question you should stay on the supplement's because they can only help you, but if your taking a weight gainer like me you'd probably should stay off it if you cut.

Don't forget to mention that Cytogainer has Creatine in it. Some people want to stay away from creatine. But if you're taking an NO product then you're more than likely taking creatine too.

I've heard a 50/50 mix on No-Xplode. I'd give it a try. But like K said, you need a good diet as well.

Anyway, you've posted up some good info.

From my own research, whey shake in the morning with breakfast, protein shake during the day, whey shake during/post work out, protein shake before bed. The ones before bed need stuff like caesin since they absorb slowly.

I don't take them that much, but I've found myself being a lot more awake taking the whey in the morning with breakfast. Then another whey pwo. I'm about to incorporate whey with a caesin protein to see what comes of it. I've been craving muscle milk lately, so I'll probably go with that for another round. Haven't had it in a while.

Not sure how old the poster is you were replying to, but as long as he's over 18 he should be fine. I wouldn't mess with anything other than eating a clean diet at that age (or now), but everyone has their own opinion.

He'll I'm 26 and my metabolism is just as crazy as when I was 18. I was eating 2 gallons of ice cream a week at 17, with coke on top and didn't gain a pound doing that for nearly a year.

he's 17 or barely 18. i forgot.

btw no xplode = assxplode. haha. im glad it has good results for some people, but research your products before putting it in your body (not directed at anyone).

Couch, have you tried the new Muscle Milk Lite? I used to like Muscle Milk quite a bit (for a protein drink). I haven't tried the Lite stuff yet.

seriously a good multi vitamin and whey protein is all you really need. I've found that 80% is diet and 20% is working out. My metabolism is crazy also thats why I have to eat like a beast if i want to gain weight =/.
