Valet Parking mode - design flaw
The G20 valet parking mode has a setting that keeps the trunk locked and prevents it from being opened via the key, internal button and exterior handle. This is a great feature if you have valuables in the trunk and are getting the car valet parked or washed.
However, the middle seat in the rear can be folded down from inside the vehicle giving access to the trunk. This makes the locking feature virtually useless. Am I missing something here? Can the middle seat be locked so it cannot be opened from inside the vehicle? |

So really all valet mode does is lock the darn trunk? You would think it would limit the distance and top speed so some young punk cannot take it for a joy ride. But locking the trunk only seems a bit of waste. And you are right...center seat will just come down.
