In both cars I've had the Adaptive M suspension with 18's and the ride is good in comfort mode. In the G21 is like 30% softer in comfort mode than in the G20 though, much nicer if you ask me. You can always make the suspension stiffer by switching to Sport anyway.

Good to see an explanation. I thought with adaptive that the 330e must be lower but it's not.

Found 2 M Sport Plus cars at the same dealer so similar angle and you can see the height difference.

I guess that is because it needs more travel for the extra weight, and the extra bits and bobs on the 330e battery etc needs space...

Has anyone upgraded the M Sport Pro edition springs to something else? Such as H&R, Eibach etc, etc.

Would be good to know as I take delivery of my 330e next week and it's running the M Sport Pro Edition Adaptive suspension set up.

Any advice would be most grateful!

I don't understand why you'd change the springs when you have adaptive suspension. You want it firm so you can feel every drain cover? You want it comfy so you waft over small potholes? They are both just a button push (or a "Hey BMW") away.

I think the objective is to get the arches a little closer to the tyres, as it does look a little like it's on stilts. Mine is Black but the gap still looks a little big, and my old F30 330e sat better visually (IMHO).

I have a G21 330e lowered with AC schnitzer, i have adaptive M suspension. It is realy firm but i love it
