When did you order? Join the club :
I ordered in June...
Ok, I ordered March and been given the date "estimated November"
Having been told by my 330e delivery would be mid October they have now come back and said December! What do people think? I have heard that some BMW dealers are using already fleet ordered production slots to satisfy private buyers by offering them preferential delivery dates, at of course higher prices than they get from fleet orders. If this is the case I shocked that ALD are letting them get away with it....

Unfortunately that's the way of the world - manufacturers will have service level agreements with lease companies, so if they can max those out to satisfy more profitable business direct to customers they most probably will. Unfortunate though it may be for people who've gone down that route.

That’s not good. My June order was due in December but then got bought forward to November about a month ago. I’ve chased Lex this week to check if it’s still going to be delivered in November. I hope there’s no further delays. My request went to lex in March! They should be starting the build about now if I’m going to receive it in mid November.

Mine got ordered the end of June and I’m getting told mid December by the lease company. I have only had communication from them though and it is a generic email every 2 weeks. Are cars arriving earlier than their planned dates currently?

I’m not sure how to add a picture 😁

Added two, more at the weekend!

It’s come with pirelli cinturato p7a, 225/40/18 and 255/40/18 so I assume runflats? Stock suspension and rides very well, much better than my wife’s A4 Avant S-Line on 19” rims.

Looks nice. I went more stealth with grey and privacy and then added a genuine gloss black grill.

I have same tyres and as far as I can tell, they aren't runflats.

I’ve had a few gray cars and fancied something different, I had a demo in the same colour which sealed it for me. I went for the oyster interior as I wanted to lighten up the interior.

I’m very happy with my choices but as always it’s down to individual preferences, I don’t think there’s a bad choice when the car is such an icon shape 😁

Agreed, the blue and oyster combo looks great. To be fair, I didn't have much choice in mine as it was available so just went for it!

@dai.14 ordered on 29th Jan, built 9th July, delivered to the dealer 31st July, held for 70 plate (company car so no choice), held for recall and finally delivered to me 12th October!

So far I’ve only done 55miles as I’m WFH, my old routine equated to ~18,000 miles a year hence opting for a car prior to lockdown. Now I’m effectively WFH permanently with a visit to the office, 260 mile round trip, once a fortnight once we get back to ‘normal’.

Car is fantastic and I’m very happy with it.

Your comments are just making me want mine more!!

Like I said above I ordered mine June and have been advised of a mid December delivery and was hopeful that maybe I would get it earlier.........I cant see that happening currently😭

How do you post a picture here, I’ve clicked on all of the various buttons but can only seem to get the option to link to a picture?
