I dunno. That was an update from the Dealer direct, with a screenshot from his system.
I (very reluctantly!) resisted calling Genius, thinking they must get sick fed up with people hassling them every step of build.

That was from the Dealer. An update via email. Its only just made it into the country. Not sure how long it takes to clear customs and be delivered to dealer.

Sounds about right. I ordered mine october 26th and not expecting delivery until may 10th!

That's an insane wait. I know we're in strange times but of all the BMW I've owned 12 weeks is the longest I've waited. Or would be prepared to wait.

Nearly half a year is madness - you must really want a 330e...

Small update, ordered 24th Dec, and Genius told me Monday it was in the paintshop, and last night 3rd Feb Genius advised it had just arrived in the UK 😯

I will believe it when I get the call from the dealer

If you chat online to a genius be prepared for over the top sycophancy. "Oh, that's a lovely colour", "Your beautiful new car will be delivered on..." etc.

Not sure, worth trying... is it a lease contract number? It should be a 7 digit numeric number like 5256789 (fictional example)

Contract number didn't work so emailed dealer for the order number. I now have a VIN and apparently is in production. Dealer reckons first or second week in March for delivery.

I ordered my 330e Touring at the end of October. Just heard it should be delivered on 17th Feb. Happy days!

It is. I ordered mine on 20th Jan and, according to genius, it will be at dealer last week in February. Dealer did say though that he had a vacant build slot that he could get me if I was quick.
