As per Genius.. im build week33 - Aug16th.

-19" wheel 792M w/perf non rft

dealership and broker were able to add on the build sheet.)

hey thanks!.. if you plan to lease go with a broker.. you can save yourself some $$$.

Planning to finance and may check with brokers on that as well. I'm hoping the market settles a bit by next year, that's about the only plus of waiting until next year.

yeah I return to office sometime mid next month so I need a car.. didnt want to over pay for a used one.. or pay msrp for a 2021 model which didnt have all the specs I wanted.. so went for a custom build.

Is the HK sound system still available? My dealer told me it was deleted due to chip shortage.

its in my VIR.. dealer added it no problem.

Thank you for the info! I need to talk with my dealer then. For the parking assistance package, did your dealer tell you whether it will be included on the car as it's not in the pricing guide?

I had that concern and told my broker to add 508 (park Distance Control.. then she said not to worry that ZPK (parking Assistance Package) was on my VIR which I did confirmed that was there as well as on BMWUSA... but it is really weird because it shows as NC (no charge) so once this car goes into production hopefully theres no issues.

my2022 configurator for m340i is out on bmwusa.. HK sound system its there so tell your dealer to wake up LOL nullptr_001

You ordered almost the exact same spec I did. I went with Mineral Gray w/ Tacora red and skipped the power tailgate. I'm in production week 32 so we'll see how that goes!

I have a glacier silver 340 now, so it's a nice change. I really wanted blue but I love the red interior, but I don't love the superman look.

Tacora Red with mineral is the perfect combo IMO.
Be interesting to see who's 2022 shows up first in the states.

Of course, I'm dead last at week 35.

Portimao Blue / Oyster Leather (wanted Cognac

) / matte oak trim / Shadowline.

I'm hoping for early September delivery but who knows. On the one hand, I'm impressed the car was built in about 3 weeks after placing the order. On the other hand, it's frustrating that it's sitting in a parking lot in central Mexico baking in the sun and will do so another week or two before heading to the Port.
