It will be the first time people will retrofit non-M front end to the M-cars.

Not IN the ///M4, but I'm a cop who's also an enthusiast, so I talk cars with people on traffic stops or who I casually encounter.

Notwithstanding this tidally hideous grill, it would be logically to offer it on the m4 but keep the M3 in synch with the current 3 series
Those customers with a fetish for big grills thag bmw seems to want to cater for can buy an M4 Those customers wanting proportionate design features can buy an m3 If not I've got a reservation for an M3, big grill means order cancelled That's 4 series concept and the leaked pic above is possibly the worst ever designed bmw I've ever seen

Not my experience when you consider driving as both operating the car and it’s dynamics. Ergonomics as controls, seats, position, angles, infotainment etc. plays an equally important part and I’m always left feeling that the gap to BMW is too wide other than P-cars that for me is better in the majority of driving related areas but then you get into other areas of ownership as purchase price, cost of maintenance etc. making the value proposition tough.

I wonder if the car you can see in the background is in 'Isle of Man Green' reporter new colour on the G?
Looks a very dark British Racing type green if so.

Ppl are bitching about the new design NOW but once they come out in real life even with that hilarious grills attached, fan boys will praise and my F82 value will be 😭😭😭
M model was always in that situation from e30 to e36 from e36 to e46 from e46 to e92... They talk shit about new design but praise in real life... |

Jesus, this is terrible. And I was one of the few who loved the 4er Concept when it debuted. I knew it would be watered down from the concept, but this is ridiculous. It is both bland AND ugly. The one time they should have connected the grilles, they make them two separate pieces lol.
Scott26 said this would be the most aggressive M3 front end ever, but it looks pretty boring. I'm hoping this is just the 4er and not the M. We can't see the whole front end so I'll withhold judgement on that, but not looking good so far This grille has a lot of depth and makes it look like part of the car's sculpture. These leaked pics make it look like they just tacked on two giant grilles for fun. So flat, upright, and uninspired. Last edited by bobloblaw; 10-23-2019 at 03:05 PM.. |

The car is supposed to be a beast on the inside. Easy fix for the outside.

Here's the plate location BTW...
The insiders info based render looks scarily accurate.

Is it to meet some safety requirement? I don't understand the design language at all. This is more controversial than that Bungle butt...
