I'm such an idiot, I was reversing out of my garage, accidentally pressed a button on the center keypad, which disabled the rear camera. I guess my mind was elsewhere, I was reversing, and BOOM. Then realized, my tenant's car was parked to my left. I had to wiggle my car out a bit of the garage instead of reversing straight.

Anyways, got a bit of damage on rear bumper only. Took it to a shop I trust, quoted $400, said they'd have to paint the entire rear bumper.

So that's one option. But what about getting an mtech rear bumper? Or does a 330 with sport package already have mtech? I don't even know.

Third option is to repaint the bumper in only the damaged area known as a SMART repair?

What would you do in my case? Feel gutted because I bought new in 2019 and never had any damage. Guy at repair shop said it's really not bad at all and is an easy fix and that my car is in immaculate condition

Poop happens. It could have been worse. I would just respray it and call it a day.

Maybe it is a regional thing, but $400 seems like a great price. I would have estimated a full bumper repaint at $1K.
