Lease takeover: 2023 m340i xDrive in Skyscraper Grey / Tacora Red color combo

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Excellent, like new condition m340i xDrive in Skyscraper Grey metallic / Tacora Red Vernasca Leather color combo!

Garage kept and in showroom condition with no scratches, dings or imperfections.

Brand new all-season Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 tires were just professionally installed for the winter. I am including the original performance run flat tires with the sale as well (only 2,500 +/- miles on them)

The car was built March, 2023 at BMW’s Mexico plant and I took delivery at the BMW performance center in South Carolina in May. The only reason I’m parting with the car is because I don’t drive enough now with my current job to justify.

Buyer is responsible for $500 transfer fee with BMW Finance and will take over lease terms as shown. Payment includes NJ tax. Asking for $2,000 down payment to recoup a portion of my initial outlay and tires.

Payment: $999.17 (includes NJ tax)
Mileage: 3,436
Mileage allowance: 30,000
Lease length: 36 months
Lease start date: 4/26/23
Residual: $38,737

PACKAGES:
-Driving assistance package including blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, and active driving assist
-Shadowline package including LED Lights with Cornering
-Parking Assistance Package (Surround 360 camera)
-Premium Package including heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and BMW curved screen with Heads Up Display
-M Sports Package Pro including M Sport Brakes with Red calipers
-M shadowline lights, and extended shadowline trim.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS INCLUDE:
-Remote start
-Adaptive M Suspension
-Drive Record
-Harmon Kardon sound system
-Wireless Phone charger
-Black all-weather BMW mats
-19” wheels 792m (225 fronts, 255 rears)

If there are any questions, just let me know!

Wow $1000 a month to use this car for a few years. That is insane?

Haha, yep...that's where the markets at currently. If you check out swapalease, that's the general range of newer (2023+ leases) for this particular car considering elevated interest rates and average residuals. I even got a 5+% discount off MSRP on the purchase...

I've gone through the transfer process on several leases and have been successful in the past as I am a car fanatic and take meticulous care of my cars. Thanks!

Assume no PPF or ceramic since this is a lease?

I wonder if pricing is still at these levels with interest rates having come down and year end incentives.

I just was quoted about 200.00 less a month on a higher msrp. Loyalty and I stock deals now are much better than last march.

I just ran the numbers and using 7% off my $67k MSRP, I can’t get to $800/month with December’s program, but I could certainly be wrong. Lots of factors at play too…yearly mileage, down payment/equity, if taxes are included, MSD’s etc. Regardless, you should go for it!

Car is still available and I am dropping the down payment request of $2k. Just asking Buyer to pay lease transfer fee of $500. Payment is $999 which includes NJ tax. Will upload some better pictures as well.

Jeez, you went from asking for $2,000 + $500 to giving $1,500? A $4,000 swing? You should be able to find someone for sure. Can someone from out of state assume lease? Can they return to another dealer?

Well, Buyer is still responsible for $500 lease transfer fee to BMW FS, so think the swing is $3500? Yes, out of state can assume the lease and return to their local dealer. Interested? 😊
