Hey Im trying to wire my new carbon diffuser with a 4th brake light. Does anyone know what wires i need to tap into? Diffuser came with a red yellow and black wire.

Just did this on my sons 2020 m340i.
Diffuser red to green on tail light
Diffuser black to brown on tail light
Diffuser yellow to white on tail light

S55_M3 do you know which color wire is for what? Like brown is ground, but any idea what the rest are for specifically?

I don’t know for sure to be honest. I just tapped into wires until I was able to get the light blink with the brakes and stayed illuminated when the lights were on

Hey, by chance do you have a photo of this? I also have a 2020 M340i, however, the four wires I have are blue, green, brown, and yellow.

I followed yours and put diffuser red on green and diffuser black on brown, however when I put diffuser yellow on my brown/yellow, I still couldn't get it to flash. The light stayed on, however.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
