There are quite a few similar examples on the market, you just have to do some searching

Of course you may ask, that's what we're here for. I run a 19x8.5" +25 front with a 235/40/19, and a 19x9" +25 rear with a 265/35/19.

EDIT: I'm RWD

Word. It's a personal (and expensive) decision. Get the wheels you like, not what the forum likes. My opinion.

Thanks! I am RWD and want to eventually pick up a set of FF10's as well. I just love the look.

What is your suspension setup? Springs? Coilovers?

Are you running spacers with that setup of FF10?

Stock non-adaptive suspension. Looking into suspension options now with the goal of the wife having no idea I changed anything. No spacers, but TBH I could use about 5mm up front. I'm on mobile or I'd post a pic. You can look in the "post your aftermarket setup" thread, I'm in there. Happy hunting!

What are your goals of new suspension, just lowered or better than the non adaptive?

Haha, not having your wife findout

I feel like the factory M-Sport suspension skates a bit. Gets a bit unsettled over imperfections and doesn't feel as planted as it should. I'm all over the place as far as solving that problem though. It's all law of diminishing returns at this point.

Depending on your budget, there are a few viable suspension options on the market

Word, thanks. I'm not that far into the process, but believe I've narrowed it down to Ohlins RT, KW V3, or the budget option of MSS springs. I wish they made B8s for these cars. I had Bilstein B16s on a previous car and they were good, but I feel like I could do better. Their new Evo line is too new to gauge feedback from folks.

Understood - from my experience on this forum, as it relates to an m340i, most folks go the lowering spring route, since it's inexpensive. In my opinion, I truly believe most m340i owners are only in it for the short term and choose not to modify their vehicle. On the other hand, if you dabble over in the G80 forum, those boys aren't scared to modify to the max! For me, I'm all about modifying my vehicle to my liking regardless of time of ownership, cost or depreciation.

I've got a set of Ohlins R/T coilovers with Swift springs installed with absolutely no complaints. The KW V3 is another great option as you mentioned; agreed, the new EVO line is too new and not tested for my liking.

I'm learning that as well. I purchased the car, and I typically keep them ~4 years. Plenty of time to mod and have fun. I went full tilt on the last one (big turbo, port injection, ethanol, yadda yadda) and don't think I want to do that with this one. Get it handling like I think it can, nice tune, little OEM style aero, call it done. I know, famous last words lol.

I've read your writeup on the RTs with Swifts. It's fantastic, thank you.

I'm basically the same. I don't require massive HP, if so I'd be driving a G80. That's the beauty with the m340i, it's the best of both worlds without being a monster. Not to mention a stage 1 tune will place you close to 500hp

Appreciate the kind words! I just don't see any value in taking the time to compose a thread and not provide enough detail to help others!

Exactly. I'm not the type to be an askhole and hit you with a bunch of questions, but I'll likely message the couple of you guys running Ohlins when it's that time, if that's cool. Thanks again. And sorry to derail the thread.

Hi, I suggest you take a look at BBS, specially the CHR model, in black it would create a nice contrast and if you don't like black the titanium would look amazing with white.
