Thanx for all the great pics

I have the same wheel/tire setup only in Satin Bronze for our Portimau Blue M440i vert

Install is this weekend, but I was curious as to how the fitment will look closeup

Tom stated that the tires would be slightly stretched with that combo, but I really don't see it, & the tires are spec'd for a wheel range with the Apex being in the middle of range

I agree from internet research that the front 235mm are "small" in the 9 inch wheel" and the rear 265mm are mid range fitment for the 10" wheel. I don't know everything about wheel mounting, but the front "bead" does look cleaner than the rear where there's a bit of hanging wheel edge vs the front. It looks like that on my other car with these same tires so I figured it was a Michelin thing? Look hard at the back wheel angle shots and you might spot what in trying to describe. Fwiw, on the front wheels the bead looks exactly like that on the "inside" of the wheel, and again I'm not 100% sure if it's just a matter of how the tire "pops" / seals into the wheel when inflated?

I'll try to get a couple detailed comparison shots tonight that can highlight this difference.

That bronze/blue is going to look killer, BTW 😎

Are you happy with this setup? I am looking into a similar set up, currently runnning on square 19x8in on my 2023 m340 xdrive.

Absolutely. I don't know and can't say if the 245/275 fitment would be "better" but I'm loving the way it drives as is and the way it looks as is. I think this is the better daily driver option.

I can't even describe how great they look on the car in person and I can't get over how much the brake calipers pop now, but I had the 2 tone 791M wheels not the OEM black ones.
Looks great! What specs did you choose?

Check out the original post. I listed the screenshot from ApexRaceParts and everything. I got the 19x9 and 19x10 with 235&265 rubber that is seen and listed as option 1 I think.

Did you buy new set of TPMS sensors for the apex wheels? If so, can you please link me? I saw tire rack has the 433mhz sensors, not sure if they would work. thanks

The TPMS sold by Apex worked fine with no issues or coding required on our 2022 M440 G23 when I installed the Apex wheels

Yeah I left the original TPMS on the factory setup and discount tire provided a set that they were able to code it in with no issues.

I would say this is the ideal tire setup for those apex wheel specs.

which TPMS sensor did you pick up from APEX? I couldn't find any guidance on the 2019+ g20s. I'm looking for one that would work on my 2023 m340 xdrive

https://www.apexraceparts.com/store/...ms-sensor.html

Link to Apex TPMS - honestly don't remember which P/N I purchased as it doesn't list it on my invoice.

PM Tom @ Apex & he can let you know which are correct for your application

Not at all. Only if you modify your suspension geometry in any way, like lowering it or adding a camber.

On any of our BMW TPMS pages, pick the sensor that ends in 887-147. that is the correct unit for the G20.
