Heat Soak Power Loss and how to prevent

I find heat soak happens more when you are not moving. When you are moving the airflow through the engine bay prevents too much heat build up. However in very hot days 105+F/40+C stopped in traffic- I see the temps rise (IAT) and power drop.

What else can I do to keep temps down?
