Need help with fitment

hey all,

have a guy who is looking to sell his aftermarket wheels. Currently the car is on the factory staggered setup of:
225/40ZR19 93Y - 8Jx19 ET27
255/35ZR19 96Y - 8.5Jx19 ET40

How would this new set of wheels affect the car, and what would be a good tire size if i do decided to purchase them
8.5Jx19 ET45
9.5Jx19 ET50

Front will be more inside fender than the OEM setup. Rear will stay at the same distance.

You can go with 235 and 265 rear.
