But I'm a bit concerned that it will not add so much value compared to the stock exhaust. Indeed, the current regulations (especially in Europe where I live) and the OPF don't give so much freedom.

From what it says, it's technically a cat-back as you have to buy their mid-pipe and axle-back together.
