Drivers Assistance Pro Package

Talk me in/out of the package. I am not a huge fan of the radar module in the front bumper but its only $1,000 more and I could use it on my drives up and down the coast of CA... I do like to drive though so I am not sure how much I would use it... I drive to work 2 days a week, 10 miles away with no traffic.

I'd weigh the functionality of it far over the minor aesthetic differences. It's really good - works really well and enables semi-autonomous driving. On a motorway, the car is as good as driving itself, excepting navigation and overtaking inputs. (Markets differ as to how much it will do itself - I'm in the UK). First time I've had it on this vehicle, but hard to see me not having it again in future.

As per siwatkins, now that I've got drivers assistant pro, I'd option it in future too. My commute is 3 days a week, 90km round trip on the motorway. I did think about how it maybe takes the driving pleasure away, as you kinda end up just "supervising" it.
Just got back from a 2400km round trip through Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. It really does pay off on longer journeys.

I would love to have that if I could, even pay 3k more. If you are in traffic jam or occasionally long drive, it definitely worths it. I think I only saw people not having it in the first place ended up not getting it. But with people who have had it before, from what I see, would not get a car without it.

Bingo! Especially the adaptive cruise control. Once I had a car with it I'd never want one without it. I rarely use the lane keep assist on trips under an hour, but as others have said, it's great on long trips.
