Took pics of a G22 M440i Coupe, F90 M5 LCI, and F95 X5M at BMW UK HQ

Was visiting BMW UK earlier this week to take out their E46 M3 CSL (more on that later) and they had some new cars I had not seen before in person.

The new 4 series continues to look ugly and awful. The M5 looks good and is a good Panamera competitor.

The gray M440 looks better because it hides the beaver tooth grille better than the blue one.

Those pics of the gray G22 with shadowline trim and black wheels look awesome, especially the full side view, and the straight on and 3/4 front views. Best views yet of the new car and with focal length that does not distort the proportions. Looks like some tweaking going on like maybe carbon on the from air ducts, and some rear side glass tinting.

Frankly in these pics, the grill and front facia of the 4 look much better than the M5.

Not only is the new 4 series ugly, but the car is HUGE at 187 inches long.

I will say, that's the first series of pictures of the G-series that I don't hate.

Not that it looks good, but not horrible.

The M2 still looks better.

I keep looking at the 8 series and what could have been. That front bumper isn't doing it any favors.

It could have easily been the best looking car in the segment but BMW had to go ruin it.

Like the red calipers on the PB M440i.

I see a smaller M8 from the side view which is a good thing to me at least. The hood line on the new 4 still bothers me tho!
