Should I buy the G21?

Hi! New to the forum and in need of a pusch to pull the trigger!

About to change company/lease car and its been narrowed down to two options.
Its 330e touring m-sport or Volvo v60 t6 r-design.

Ive driven both cars, both lovely. BMW bit more fun no doubt.

They are both roughly the same price for me per month, ~500$ but in the volvo i get leather seats, keyless entry and ”awd”.

I really want to go for the BMW. Please tell me im stupid for even considering the volvo ... have in mind I am swedish but for the last 9 years ive driven german cars. VW and currently Audi a6 avant.

I know the 3 series and v60 is smaller and that is the plan, to downsize.

Spec
BMW 330e touring m-sport edition(no adaptive suspension though)
H&k sound
Aucostic windows
Tinted rear windows
Heated steerinwheel
Black saphire metallic paint
Shadowline grill
Driving assistant pro

Or

Volvo v60 t6 r-design
Solid black
Drive assistant pack
Technical pack with nav and h&k sound system
The volvo has leather seats standard and keyless + awd.

The main edge for me is iDrive is SUPERIOR to the volvos sensus system.

I need a BMW right? Never had one, but i need it? Right? Tell me! Please!

You need one, absolutly. I live in Sweden too but I am hopefully waiting to see where M340i prices will go to get one.
If you are looking for performance, dont go volvo. New Volvos are very fine and luxurious from inside and outside cosmetically. But never beats bmw power-wise.
Also, I wouldnt prefer the 330e either if you are going for sportiness. 330e is more for economy.
(I guess you are looking for sportiness as your choice of volvo is a T6 r-design ?

Thanks for the response! I like sportyness no doubt! But this is company policy that we have to choose a hybrid.
We can choose betweeen BMW, volvo, audi, VW and Tesla.

The tesla M3 is no option since i cant charge at home etc etc. So ita the 330e or v60 t6 recharge.

Im leaning for the BMW 330e M-sport. I might send the order tonight

Niceee!! The car looks great!
Did you get the kupé heater? Standard headlights? Did you get a good price for it?
Also, I think black rims would make this even sportier.

Not sure about the heater? Didnt see it as an option. It should be included i assume.

Its standard headlights. Lasers were another 20kSEK and the black rims were another 5k SEK. And im hitting my max willing to pay per month price already.

Price is 508000:- SEK after pricereduction and about 5500:- SEK / month as ”bruttolöneavdrag”.

Hmm, no kupevärmare (cabin remote heating) is not standard. It is 16k sek.

I kinda feel that you didnt get a good discount on the car, but maybe i am wrong. When I before tried to put an order on a 330i xdrive m-sport, I got it summed to 470k sek with pretty much what u have optioned without driving assist pro, but with adaptive headlights and parking assist instead.

It seems the heater is not available for the hybrid 330e. So i guess there is an electrical heater ? Im not sure of it, but couldnt find an option for one either.

The original price is 595500:- SEK, with 87500:- pricereduction is pretty fair i belive.
Also included in the price is winterwheels for about 20k sek.

Hybrids seems to be a bit more expensive overall compared to regular gasoline cars.

Also im not buying the car. Its a lease.
Included in the leas(5500:-sek/month)
-unlimited mileage
-free service
-free insuranse costs(självrisk)
-tire changes
-repairs
-etc etc

I usually drive 40 000km / year and if it breaks down i get a free rental for the duration.

I guess as u said, hybrids are getting more expensive by time. 500k for 4cyl cars nowadays..its a bit crazy. But hey its Bmw so its worth it def
Great deal with winter tires! And you have the best terms included in you lease already.
Well deserved, happy for you.

I wish the M340i had some better discounts here so I could play it all in and get one already.

Wow, did it take that long because of Covid plague? Because Bmw doesnt usually take that long to deliver cars...
I am interested to know what kind of deal you did manage to get on your M340 😇

Hi! New to the forum and in need of a pusch to pull the trigger!
Is that a push or a putsch? The latter would be a little OTT!

I felt it was important to copy paste all info aswell.. thanks for the tip!

I needed a push.. allthough it would be fun to proceed with a putsch, if i understand the definition correct, just to get a new car

"putsch
/pʊtʃ/
Learn to pronounce
noun
a violent attempt to overthrow a government; a coup."

I ordered a similar 330e Touring xDrive M-sport. My Norwegian dealer told me that the heater is included, but it is electric and not fuel-burning like you get in a diesel car. I am sure the spec is identical for Sweden and Norway.

Now I can confirm it. The smartphone app lets you schedule single or multiple pre-heatings of the cabin. Tested it today and the cabin was nice and warm, on time.
