M340xi oil level minimum

Just popped this error message at 3500 miles. I'm seeing conflicting reports on this forum if its normal or not for this car. Also what oil is recommended for these cars, ill most likely end up doing it mysellf.

Totally normal. Just buy a quart 0w-20 and add it in.
