That looks great, nice choice in wheels! Are those AZENIS FK510? I'm lowered on HR springs, are you lowered as well? Hard to tell with angles. I'm wondering if I'll rub with the extra width.
Thanks! They're 813M style wheels from the M8 comp. Going to have them painted matte black next year, but they look nice in person.

Car is not lowered. I kinda have the mentality of coilovers or nothing. Don't want to throw coils on it just to have to take them off at lease end since I have car OCD anyways and will prob try to get into the new G80 next fall when the AWD version comes out

Gdiddy23, question for you:

I read somewhere that it is not a good idea to run different wheel diameters on a X drive as it will mess up the the system.
I am considering a 19” 275/35 9.5J rear tire and 235/35 8.5J for front. Worried that that the overall diameter different is about 3% which will throw the car off.

I had a staggered set on my ‘17 X drive 340, but don’t remember the dims, it was all factory.

Any advise?

I think the rule of thumb is to stay within 1% if I'm not mistaken. No issues on my end with my set up but yours is a little more aggressive than mine.

BMW sells an option for a staggered set up from factory with 225 fronts and 255 rears even for the AWD M340i if I'm not mistaken. Maybe others can chime in but I'd try to stay within the 1% range if possible

I will be purchasing Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires to put on my factory staggered 19 inch wheels.

Basically I want to know if going to 235 /40 / 19 on the front while keeping the 255 / 35 / 19 in the rear will cause any issues. I want the fronts to look a little meaner and fill the wheel well a bit more.

I was considering a 235/265 setup but it seems from everything I have read that the 265 on the 8.5 inch wheel isn’t the greatest idea. Any opinions on this with Michelin pilot sport 4s specifically? Concerns seem to be tire bulge, although I’m not sure how these tires are in that regard. The Bridgestones currently on already look a little bulgey with 255

Hopefully someone can weigh in on this.
So what did you end up doing ? Did you think of just adding spacers instead of wider tires?
