Why are all the BMW auto dealerships in New York and Long Island NOT up to snuff compared to other auto makers? Even the within the same auto group that owns multiple non-affiliated brands and dealerships, BMW is always lagging behind in quality architecture and interior design and upkeep. It's supposed to be a German luxury brand. Lesser brands have nicer dealerships in our area. It's time the BMW dealerships here in New York and Long Island are forced to up their game!

Interesting to see Passport on the list. When shopping for my M3, after some back and forth emailing, their CA emailed me saying he had management approval to do the deal. When time came to make the deal happen, he back tracks and said he had a misunderstanding with his manager and how his manager was telling him that the deal was impossible and no dealer would make that specific deal. Total waste of my time but went elsewhere and got a better deal and much better experience so worked out in the end

Totally agree. Consistently bad customer service. Their inclusion makes me doubt the validity of this list.

Yes, I am aware of their location as they are the closest BMW dealer in my area.

Hate to admit it, but sometimes mistakes happen. We're sorry that you had such a poor experience, but stoked that you we're able to get into an M3 and enjoyed the experience. We're all looking to provide a great customer experience and we're disappointed that we dropped the ball with you.

Please forgive us!!

Haha! We never want to disappoint our customers, but we also don't want to seem as though we're attempting to fix a problem solely to sell a car. That might be the opposite of classy

Not actually true. It's all encompassing. From sales, to service, to plenty of other metrics.

I bought from United and the actual sale was a good experience, but then they dropped the ball on the paperwork and I didn't get my tag and subsequently got fined for lapsed insurance on the car I traded. They did seem pretty together when I was there, but I guess everybody has a bad day sometimes.
