Indentation on driver seat - m340i

Hello,

I took delivery of m340i a week or so and noticed yesterday what looks like indentation of switches as the seat must have been put all way down during transportation and having delayed for several weeks due to chip issue didn’t help the cause either. Attached is the picture.

It’s on the leather but on the side upholstery and I think over period of time it might get self corrected - may be or may be not. But my concern is is this gonna be an issue in long run of some sort like getting tested or something? Has anyone who has waited to get their car see similar thingy?

Thanks!

It's on the fabric. I wouldn't worry it'll come out.

1. No. Like the others mentioned. It'll go away after a bit. No need to do anything special to try and remove the indentation.

2. What seats do you have? I have the sport leather (not sensatec) seats and I don't remember seeing a cloth part on the lower half of the seats. I'm beginning to think I haven't paid enough attention to notice it.

I have the Vernasca leather (black w/ blue stitching) and I have the cloth part on the lower seat. It’s not very noticeable. I only noticed when I was vacuuming in between the seat and the B pillar.

I have the Vernasca leather and I dont think there is any cloth on sensatec. I checked one of the car at the dealership that was sensatec and didnt have any cloth at the bottom.
