I placed my order with David about a week ago i haven’t received any updates regarding that the factory received the order. Seeing this thread and the delays I hope I don’t experience that. I’m optimistic that I should be taking delivery sometime in august, I’m currently leasing a C43 and my lease ends July 31st I know extending the lease a month or 2 is a option but I heard MB doesn’t really extend leases if your not staying with the brand.

I too am replacing a MB with a 330i. The lease on the MB ended on April 1st. I asked them in March about extending it and they said it wasn’t an option unless I was getting another MB and was waiting on it. Maybe things are different now given the situation.

In the end it was MB’s loss because the car is still sitting at a dealership when they could have gotten 3-4 more months of payments from me.

I would think they would give you another extra 2 months then if your not staying with the brand you have to return the car. The funny part I was actually going to stay with mb but with the new c43s the RV % is in the low to mid 50s making the payments crazy high. Test drove the M340i and that was all she wrote 😂

Yeah, I wasn’t too concerned because I have an extra car sitting around, but as I mentioned, they could have gotten a few more payments out of me.
3 years ago, I had a lease on a VW Jetta which they let me extend for 6 months with the option of terminating at any time. That was a good deal.

Ohh wow what is a great deal I mean at the same time how fast would a dealer be able to move a cpo anyways. I technically don’t need a car so I don’t mind staying without for a month a so waiting for my car, I’ll just have to speak with my insurance company so when the car is delivered I’m not hit with a higher rate.

The best yet! Luckily for me and my guest Rotherd31 were the only customers for the day and Donnie Isley was our driving instructor. Never a boring moment at PCD East ;-)

Very cool! I was really hoping to do PCD, but it sounds like it won't be in the cards this time around. The delays from the closures killed my timeframe...

I placed an order in march initially. I wanted to wait for a couple of months but not this long. Decided to get one's which are at dealerships near by. Really wanted a dravit grey, found one and bought it. Everything happened in 3 days. Couldn't be any happier this car, exceptional performance especially on sports plus. Original completion date was 6/17, then became 6/18, but is now 6/12 (yesterday). Not sure if the tracker hasn't updated yet or it's still on the assembly line over the weekend. Does anyone know if the factories still produce on the weekend?

Our car is supposedly scheduled for completion next Monday the 22nd. But the tracker at MyBMW Garage still says just Production Started, In The Queue.....Shouldn't it be somwehre along the assembly with 7 days to go??? Maybe the tracking is off for our order.

Less than a week. So if it’s scheduled for completion on the 22nd,
it might not enter the assembly line till around the 16-17th.

Mine went from “exterior body assembly begins” to
“Ready for transport” in just under a week.
It has been “ready for transport” for over a week now.
