1 car, 2 drivers, 2 keys
Hello all,
My wife and I both drive the G21, at the moment we use one key, with 1 connected drive profile and have the two seat positions memorised 1=Me 2=Her. But it's not ideal, we have to press our buttons for several seconds to set our seat... Is there a better way to work with 2 drivers? J |

Use two keys and assign a driver profile to each.

Don’t think there is a way.... I think I just went through all the menu settings.

What you should do is contact your Client Advisor (salesperson) at the dealership, and ask them to contact BMW connected and have them set up a secondary user on your connected drive account.
My other half and I both have new BMWs and we did this. Each vehicle automatically loads our individual profiles based on key used, and greets us by name. Bonus is that if you also use the app, you can access both cars. |
