Wheel speed sensor on g20

Just had a set of Dinan springs and bump stops installed on my 2023 M340i, but after installation i received a call from the guy installing them saying that the car was throwing a drivetrain malfunction. Took the car to BMW today and they found that my front right wheel speed sensor was broken by the guy who installed my springs. I had already had this in mind as a cause of the malfunction, so I know it isn't a hard job to replace, but I can't seem to find any videos on g chassis wheel speed sensor replacements. Just wanted to see if anyone know how similar it is location wise to f chassis since thats the only videos i'm finding.

I'm in the exact same situation. Dinan springs just installed on my 330i, and it immediately triggered the ABS sensor and drivetrain malfunction lights. I read the codes and it's showing right front, ABS sensor. Did u get any info on this?

Damn man, looks like the you had a dipshit install your springs too 😂. I ended up finding out the guy who installed mine broke the front right wheel speed sensor and he also broke the bracket holding the ride height sensor on my back left. I fixed the wheel speed sensor and it removed the drive train malfunction and traction control symbol, but the chassis stabilization one is from the ride height. As for figuring out which sides are broken, your gonna have to have someone look at it, in my case I took it to bmw and they diagnosed which side it was for me.

I was able to actually replace the ABS speed sensor myself, but the process is, unfortunately, not the same as the F30 chassis, which is simply a matter of plugging it in at the junction box, mounted right in the wheel well.

On the G20, they decided to hide the connecter plug, about 5 inches behind the wheel well. To get to it, requires partially removing the plastic rear half of the wheel well cover, and bending it out of the way.
