oh my gosh I know the feeling. mine is at the port in Charleston SC and it has not moved in at least a week and I check multiple times daily. When it was on the vessel in middle of ocean with a 4-6 week or so turnaround time, I still checked the vessel every day! becoming BMW parents leads to OCD disorder!

My current 4 series is mineral white... best color I ever owned! If I didn't fall in love with Dravit Grey I would have 100% gone with mineral white again. In my honest opinion it's the perfect white, and when it's super clean at dusk, the silky violet iridescence is the most beautiful thing you'll ever see.

The boat tracking is my fav part lol. I used the FindShip app, I already updated it getting ready to stalk that ship when the day comes. Hahaha

The only option I considered but didn't end up getting was the driving assistance. I also test drove an xM5 with it, and I expected more... I basically had to touch the steering wheel every 10 seconds... I guess I had higher hopes on the automation lol.

Also, I know some people think the park assist is silly, but since having it in my current 4 series it's literally the silliest option I could never live without again! LOL. Compared to every jeep, Mercedes and some others I've seen "self park", bmw really got it right .... haven't scratched a rim once!

I tested the arctic with cognac too...and ordered one. I just needed the driver assistance package (once you've had adaptive cruise you can't ever go back...especially if you have some leg circulation issues like me) so special order it is. Glad I ordered when I did as it seems they no longer have the parts available for it.

What week is your build? I think usually moves to body assembly about 10-14 days before scheduled build date. Mine started in scheduled for production but my build date was only 3 weeks after my order.

It should get entered into the production queue as it gets closer to the build week. They should know the build week for the allocation though. Hopefully you'll see progress this week!
But once it enters the queue, the vin will be assigned shortly after.
