From the main page...
G05 X5 photos leaked https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1502908 What do you think? My initial reaction to the grill was . Didn't look as bad on the new X3 but on this is looks weird. But looking past that, I think it'll be loaded with new tech etc which will be quite good. The back looks ok. The other half would like an X5 (F15) as her next car and I told her to wait to see what the new one will look like. Might tell her to stick with the older model when we do buy. Hopefully get a good spec at a good price too! Saying that there was no LCI for it... But that grill....

Looks good, I like the big grills so far, but would need to see in person, the brochure pics further down show the interior, looks much more modern, now waiting for deals on the outgoing model

Looks pretty good, very much an upsized X3. Grilles a little large for my tastes, but other than that it's a decent improvement to my eyes.
Interior shots further down the thread look like a decent step forward in interior design.

From the rear it looks like it has the profile of a Ford Kuga (not a good thing). from the front it doesnt look as good as a Q7 (not a good thing).
Cant see it competing with RRS very successfully in terms of image but might be a bit more reliable. |

The interior looks good on the photos.
The comparison to the Dodge Durango is quite funny

Agree with the interior. Both the X3 and this have an interior where you wouldn't mind spending a lot of time

I am quite a fan but the 0% deal on the current X5 makes it attractive

Not liking the way BMW are over emphasising the grilles in current models. Definitely no attraction to the linking of the two 'kidneys' together. To me, far too big and lost any sense of elegance, which BMW used to balance with road presence.
Didn't like the front of latest X3 when seeing it in the metal. There was an E9x LCI model parked next to it, one looked classic BMW, I'm sure you know which one. Seeing some of the concept models with huge grilles, turns me right off BMW's current design direction. |

Me too! I think it looks better than what I thought it would with that buck tooth front end. Still no looker but I think it will grow on people!
Q7 in person is so damn boxy and ugly. Whoever chooses one of those over this needs their head examining. Or me |
