What is this nonsense?

A mate of mine I see every couple of months we have the usual greeting of a good old fashioned hand shake now all of a sudden he wants me to fist him, my brother in law has started this as well recently, clenching his fist and wanting me to do the same and bang fists.

Where has this come from? Fisting FFS.
