Do you want an extra 100bhp?
A pair of 'bolt on' electric wheels, some batteries, a few wires, 2hrs work and about £13,000 will get you an extra 100bhp and 4WD. Nothing if not ingenious I must say.

Two hours to :
Remove the OEM wheels, hubs, discs and calipers Fit new mounting brackets Fit new brake calipers, lines and pads Fit pressure reducing valves Bleed the brake system Fit new wheels Fit a 200lb battery in the boot along with retaining brackets and wiring safely routed and clipped back to the hubs Integrate the hub motor controls into the throttle controls Cough (bullshit) Then you've presumably got to : Set up torque vectoring Test/adjust the brake balance Nice idea but way more complex than is being suggested. How do you recharge the battery ? No mention of a hybrid system. £13K for 100bhp at the wheels is very expensive. I see potential for this as an OEM option but not aftermarket.

Makes the £500 I laid to Unicorn to go from 309 bhp to 373 seem like a positive bargain.
