330e now available to configure on BMW UK website
Looks like the 330e is now available to build on the UK configurator.
https://www.bmw.co.uk/configurator I have been told (by Douglas Park BMW Glasgow) that UK cars won't be available to order until around September. I've ordered my 330i, hoping it's a better drive despite the extra £180 ish of company car tax a month. It also doesn't show the M Sport Diff when you config the M Sport Plus package... I assume it doesn't have it then?? Burnsy |

The 330i will be slightly sportier, but I think the 330e will be the more interesting car, performance wise will be similar, 330e is 292 hp but almost 200 kg heavier, and limited to 230 km/h.
In my country they both cost the same, but since you can deduct the VAT in the 330e, it ends up costing 23% less than the 330i. But even if the cost was the same I would go for the hybrid as I do 40 klms daily to work and back and will use no fuel. |

I ordered a 330e in February and the production was planned for the beginning of July. Unfortunately, production has been postponed and no 330e's would be made in July. The plant will be closed in August, so production will start at the beginning of September at the earliest. I will expect my 330th at the end of September... It will be a long wait ...
