No BMW connected apps?

No Waze, or Spotify like in previous Idrive without using carplay

What are you saying or asking? I can use my built-in Spotify. No waze. But then it has built-in nav so don't see why bmw would add waze.

I was shocked as well. It really seems like iDrive 7 is such a step backwards compared with iDrive 6.

There are a number of features missing that were present in iDrive 6. I can't understand how BMW have allowed their developers to release such half baked software!

This seems very region dependent. No Australian users currently have Spotify outside of using CarPlay. There is no ETA on native Spotify support, and latest from the dealer suggests that it isn't on BMW Australia's roadmap...!
