HELP - 2021 X3 M40i

Hello guys,

Plz help as I’m about to pull the trigger on a new build.

Fully loaded Alpine white with:
21” rims (will swap for non run flats once worn out)
Executive package
Adaptive suspension
Plus all the other interior goodies (HK, wireless charging, etc.)

I drive a lot.
Will Finance for 5 years and will drive around $120k miles over that timeframe.

What else should I purchase/need:

1-extended warranty? BMW or other party
2-wheel/tire package?
3- Anything else?

Thank you all.

Absolutely make sure that whatever financing you have is fully protected by vehicle gap insurance. With so much tech in cars, airbags etc, it is becoming more common for cars to be written off in the event of an accident/wreck. You do not want an insurance payout that is less than the outstanding finance, it happens and makes a bad situation worse. Shop around.

With your 2,000 a month mileage, an extended warranty might be sensible and I would explore benefit of a service inclusive package, these can be good value if taken up front. I wish you Safe driving.

Ask for a BMW ultimate care to cover breaks, rotors, wipers, clutch. As long as they are worn out, BMW will replace them free of cost during the duration of the coverage

I paid $550 for the ultimate care for 3 years, which is a reduced price that the dealership offered after negotiating.

Since you are going to get your own tires, you might not need rim and tire protection.

Get the spare tire! It's only $150 and you are going to want to ditch the run-flats and get some good non-RFT tires.
