Lashing eyes missing

I got my two year old X3 back in early December - really enjoying this car so far! One thing I’ve noticed is that the lashing eye things that slide on the rails in the boot are missing (see rails in image below).

I’ve looked all over the boot area, under the storage in there, etc. but the lashing eyes are nowhere to be seen. Are these reasonably priced and does anyone have links for me to purchase online?

Alternatively I guess I could contact the BMW dealer I purchased from as this is a BMW Approved Vehicle..

Thanks for any info.

The part number is 51477146024. They are called tie down or securing rings, they are a stupid price but widely available. I have not found any available from “China” so official oem looks only option unless you go down diy route and find some t slot fixing (sort of concept shown below)

Lovely. Thanks for the replies! I’ll contact the BMW dealer on Monday and see if they can assist - if not, then I’ll go for one of the options above.

Thanks again!

What a genius. 20 for four instead of 28 for one.

These items are part of your car. They could have been taken by the former owner or somebody else before you took possession.

The dealer should replace the missing items for free.

Usually if you buy used, you buy what you see and what's offered. As long as the car is technically flawless, there is no reason to complain.

If you want the car to be like a new one, you should order a new one.

My salesmen asked me to check all the trunk compartments, and if I did not find them (which I did not) they would order a set at their cost. There goes some pure profit down the drain
