Tires for G20 2019 BMW 330i

I have a 2019 BMW 330i without the M sport Package or the M sport brakes. I currently have 18" Bridgestone Turanza LS100A RFT All Season Run Flat tires on my vehicle. I plan to change my tires and what to find out the best alternative for the tires that people have tested out and recommend.

I filtered out a list of tire as per their category and as per the ratings and reviews I could find online.

Performance Tires all around:-
1.) Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S - 225/45/R18 95Y XL
2.) Good Year Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 - 225/45/R18
3.) Pirelli P Zero Nero GT - 225/45/ZR18 95Y XL

Grand Touring Tires all around :-
1.) Pirelli Cinturato P7 A/S Plus II - 225/45/R18 95V XL
2.) Good Year Assurance Weather ready - 225/45/R18 95V XL
3.) Michelin Primacy Tour A/S - 225/45/R18 95W XL

I don't mind getting performance tires in comparison to the touring tires, but my only concern is comfort and less road noice.
Please let me know if anyone has shifted to any of the above listed tires and please share your experience with them, or if you moved to a different one, please share your experience with them.

Thanks

If you don't mind losing run flats, I'd go for the Michelin A/S 4's.

If you are confident losing the run flats and don't mind some (not much) increase in road noise, tautness, the PS4S are the top of that category. You'll have more fun, but you will "feel" it a bit more, although Michelin does an excellent job at noise and comfort. Note, these are not the AS version I am mentioning. The ones you mention, however, are also excellent, but not as performance-oriented.

OTOH, if you wish to maintain run flat, prioritize comfort, and in Arizona, don't need all season tires, Michelin Primacy3 ZP is an excellent run flat for those characteristics, but not all season. Also in the desert SW, I've installed them on two of our ("family") cars and they are very pleasing. I have the PS4S on a third car, the 2 Series, and the performance of those is outstanding, but that is a performance-oriented "toy" for me.
