It is my first vehicle come with these convenient features and
I'm wondering all these features like lock, unlock, remote 3d view and climatize things are all free or do I need to pay after certain period of time?

The ConnectedDrive services that come with the car do have an expiration date that usually matches with the warranty period of the car. No clue on how much it is after that period though.

Log into your account in ConnectedDrive Store to see the pre-paid validity period. (In my region 3 years.)

I'm not sure about the basic "Remote Services" in My BMW app, but to get real time traffic and USB map update I will need to pay for a "plus" package after 3 years.

I just checked connectedDrive and yes most of them have matches with warranty period.
