Replace/recolor blue plastic pieces in Icon Adaptive LED Headlights?
I know this might sound absurd, but I really hate that the Icon Adaptive LED Headlights have the blue plastic inserts. I want the premium lights, but the blue is going to clash with the color palette for my 2022 M4 Comp.
Is it possible to change the color of the blue inserts using some kind of aftermarket process? Anyone ever heard of such a thing? |

You’re right. It sounds absurd. Forgetting that I can’t think of any color that the lasers would clash with, you’ll likely wind up making them look terrible and compromising the integrity of the headlight.
For what it’s worth, my spec is BG/Fiona/red calipers. The lights don’t clash - they’re headlights. Some things just need to be left alone. |

Yes, a very good headlight retrofitter that can handle permaseal should be able to split the lights apart and do whatever you desire. I'm waiting for new control boards and drop in LED boards to come out to split mine.

Anything is possible for the right amount of money.
Honestly though, not sure it is that worth while though as you honestly don't notice it all that often unless you just sit there and stare at the headlights. I really doubt it will clash with your build.
