1. ECU/DME needs to be mailed to us for the unlock
2. After that you can flash it using our own femto obd flasher and simple ENET cable + laptop
3. All other flashers are currently not supporting our unlock/not willing to cooperate

Other flashers which are supporting our unlock:
- MGFlasher
- MHD
- BM3
Please consult with flasher of your choice tech support about their custom code availability for your VIN.

Anyone know how to check if your car has been updated mines has a prod date of 09-19 but I'm the second owner so I don't know what was done previously I'd love to be able to flash without a bench unlock

If the brake recall was done you will need a bench unlock. But you will need to connect to the other using the OBD2 adapter and use MHD, it will tell you if you need it. Or with Boodmod3 you will need to email them the ID's and they can tell you.

We've updated our own femto obd flasher and it's working perfectly.
If any other flasher is not capable of this, that's because they don't want to add support for our unlock, and not because our unlock is "not compatible with xxx or yyy flasher app".

For post 6/20 production date the DME has to be removed and mailed to FemtoEvo. When you get it back it will be unlocked, and now u can purchase Bootmod3 (or MHD or MG Flasher) and flash you car with one of their maps.
Hope this helps clarify for those that are a little confused still.
