In case some folks are unaware.
You can get a pdf of the fuse assignments specific to your VIN.
There's only a few zillion of these fuses (well that's a slight exaggeration).
I could post an example of mine...but rather to find it:
go to the BMWUSA (my BMW)site, sign in and go to owners/manual.
You will see a few boxes of different subjects under the heading "Welcome to your individual BMW Drivers Guide".
Select the Box "Frequently asked questions"
go to the last question "Where are my fuses and their assignments?"
You will need to enter your VIN again and it will take you do a downloadable pdf of your fuse assignments. (note this likely works for other BMW models also)
