Favorite so far:

• Michelin Pilots Sport 4S Tires. Totally transformed the car compared to Run-Flats. Car is planted to the ground, and the ride is much smoother.

Sweet ride man. I have a bone stock '20 M340i with 40k miles that i feel like DEFINITELY needs a front lip, and rear splitter (and side skirts are a must with the other two mods, right?). The other mods im considering are lowering the car on springs but dont want to mess with the ride quality/MPG/performance in sport plus too much etc, some new wheels once i need new tires (dont know whether to go with aftermarket or oem) and maybe a chip/tune once the 50k warranty is up. Not only am i looking for quality parts but also a reputable shop in SoCal that doesn't try to charge an arm and a leg for their service.

Do you have M Sport Suspension or Adaptive M Suspension?

For what it's worth, I was really worried about ride quality when I went from run flats with stock springs (w/M Sport suspension) going to H&R springs. I went with the springs and MP4S tires at the same time and was surprised that the ride was smoother than stock. The car also feels more planted, less roll while cornering.
