FS / Lease Takeover - 2021 Mineral Gray M340i RWD
Only 3 pulls at Sonoma and I gave up on the build due to lack of products at the time. Ran a 12.1 with a TERRIBLE 2.1 60’ I have extra parts I never even put on like a lip, I believe side skirts but need to double check. Swapped mirror caps and grill to black but I still have the cerium gray, both sets are oem BMW All maintenance done at BMW Mt View (oil changes and a tire replacement for a nail) All work done by Performance Dynamics in Mt View Car is well cared for and barely driven. Never smoked in, no pets, hell, I don’t think anyone has ever sat in the back seats IG: _BHANANA_ for pics Lease has 23k miles + 17 months left. Monthly payment including CA tax is $701.50. You pay all fees plus cash to me for lease take over. Buyout cost is just under $45k and good through end of July. Residual is about $33k at least end. I want 7500 on top. KBB is 49-55k, Vroom has offered 48k, Shift 51k, CarMax 48k Any questions, best to DM me on IG but I do come here from time to time Mods come off the car on July 22 to be sold separately at that time and then the car will be sold to Shift

if you'd be interested in parting out, I would love to take the coils off your hands, or if you have the other parts

GLWS but at damn near $1200/month effective payment, that's a hard sell. You'll definitely have to lower that upfront cash if you really want to move this. But hey, maybe you'll get lucky and find a sucker lol.

To be frank, I dont "need" or "want" to move the car in any type of rush. I barely drive it and have several other cars, plus, I'm working 2 jobs remotely, so financially there would need to be an incentive for me to get rid of it. Perhaps you're not in tune with the current car market? It's a sellers market my friend. Again, I dont "need" to do anything but ask for a price I'm comfortable and happy with.
Mods alone are close to $5000. Look at the macro, not the micro. Could you find one cheaper, maybe, but I havent seen a 2021 with this low of mileage and tastefully modified at this price point

Dumping the amount of money you did into a lease is not a wise decision.

On July 22nd all those parts come off to be sold and I pocket $5k+ by selling the car back to a dealership and will pocket more than the $7500 I'm asking. You can use lease calculators to determine if it's a good deal or not til you're blue in the face but NONE of that matters to me. I won't respond to anymore dumbass "this isn't a good deal" replies. |

Rule #1 of modifications is don't expect them to add much value when selling a car. You're better off taking them off and selling individually. Which is what you'll be doing soon because nobody is paying what you're asking for a m340i. 🤣

Im curious how this is a bad deal. Please elaborate.
Based on current market conditions, offers I've received from dealers and the selling price of the after-market parts this is more than fair. I get you guys mostly live and die by the value you're getting from a lease and you have your cute little lease calculators you like to use as a tool to brag about how great of a deal you got, however, its 2022 and a sellers market. Most dealers are selling these cars stock with more than double the mileage this one has for 10k more than Im asking. Also, Im not a car dealer and I dont "need" to sell the car. Im also curious what dealership you're walking into, today, and getting an M340i on lease at a better price point. Have you bothered looking at the other offers on this same board? Most folks are asking 51k+, I saw one shortly before this asking 59k w 17k miles on their vehicle. Third, not one of you trolls have even considered that I've also offered this vehicle for PURCHASE. The current buy-out is $43k, plus a NEGOTIABLE fee to me. I never once said this is my price and its not negotiable.
To the dip shit one post above me: yes, I do have multiple cars, do you have an issue with that as well? Not sure why you guys are so filled with hate to the extent you're hating on this particular thread but I'm done here. Enjoy your circle jerk

How’s that? Did you sell it for your asking price right after that? You still haven’t marked this listing as “sold”.

Good luck finding a lease under $700 a month - oh, AND the dealer removed all my aftermarket parts for me at NO cost, which will net me another $4k in my pocket - literally laughing all the way to the bank
