ID8 Instrument cluster back light control

Does anyone know if it is possible to control the instrument cluster backlight independently from the rest of the cockpit switches? I can adjust the HUD, Control Display and ambient lighting individually, but it seems that the Instrument Cluster and the cockpit switches are all linked together via a single wheel. I find that at night I need to crank the wheel right down to minimum to stop the Instrument Cluster glaring, but then I can hardly see the switches.

If I remember correctly, there's a setting that will dim the displays at night.
I'll double-check when I get in the car.

Nah, that’s for the ambient lighting only

That is for the Control Display (middle of dash), I’m asking about the Instrument Cluster (behind the steering wheel)
