2022 M340I heavily upgraded

I’m on a similar trajectory as your power build (less intake manifold), and I’m also being tuned by Paul Johnson. How has the tranny been holding up on the 700 hp mark?

Honestly really well, it’s on a fairly conservative tune due to me not wanting push the trans. It handles quite well, just make sure u test 6-7 gear when getting it tuned, make sure no slippage happens

If you want reliability I would go with f80 Paul, he left my torque and hp very conservative and it’s super reliable because of that. It holds back the car from its max power but def the best. The only issue i have had is the chargepipe, the clamps on it blew so make sure your shop puts some heavy ones on. The build itself is super amazing and reliable. Lmk if you have any question I would be happy to answer
