2024 M440i Gran Coupe
For recent buyers, how are you doing on pricing? Are we still stuck at MSRP, or are there discounts to be had? Looking for a custom order, not something from a dealer's lot (not that there are many G26's on dealer lots anyway.)

I think it depends on where you live and the number of dealers. I live in a market with just 1 BMW dealer.
I put a deposit on a 2024 G26 M4440i XDrive. Got $500.00 off MSRP. That was it. But these are hard to come by and my dealer still trying to get me an allocation. |

Small discount about 2500 off a 68095 MSRP. But only because I knew someone. Also had the 500 rebate as well. I contacted about 3-4 dealers prior and non were moving off MSRP.

I got the $500 BMW Loyalty discount since my M440xi was about the kabillionth BMW I've financed through BMWFS, but without asking, they took another $1400 off, with no strings attached. I thought they would then lowball me on my trade, but they offered the same amount as CarMax which was way overvalued. Also, since I put down a $1k deposit, they froze the MSRP, the trade value, and the interest rate on the BMWFS loan. Since May, the base price for the M440i has already gone up. That's at least another $1k to consider.

I believe they are just locking me into the original MSRP since I put my deposit down in March. As far as pricing, I was told to expect at least 6.5% with excellent credit if financing for 5-6 years.

Also, that interest rate seems a little high, but I am near Philly, so things may be different than what you see where you are. I got 5.99% for a 72 mos loan through BMW. Forum posts and my experience show that PenFed has consistently offered fair rates. I was approved for a loan through them at 5.64% just in case BMWFS tried to pull something. Keep in mind that if you don't use BMWFS, you will lose the $500 discount if a repeat customer. Even though PenFed offered a better rate, I would lose the $500 so it was close enough in the higher rate from BMW. It made the purchase transaction much smoother as well. |

So this price does exist, I got an allocation in the same day I put my deposit, production in week 40. I got it fully loaded except for the shadowline and sensatec dashboard. Unfortunately 6.29% interest 60 months Last edited by Bilal_aoun; 09-29-2023 at 10:53 PM.. |
