G20 ece radio frequence code pls help

Hello
Pls somebody advise how to code radio freq in ece
Car from USA
From FA was removed 853 and changed typecode from 5r79 to 5r71
Code HU_MGU and RAM Language changed but freq still usa
in HU_MGU absent RADIO_COUNTRY and FM_DEEMPHASIS
How to solve freq to ece
