Driving Assistance Professional Package slowing when passing under a bridge

MY 23 M340i with DAPP (ZDY). Automatic steering and acceleration active (both green).

Sometimes when passing underneath a bridge on the highway, the car will slow down to a speed significantly below the speed limit (e.g. 40 MPH on 55 MPH limit) without another car present in the front. No collision detection icon appearing (red triangle icon with car in middle).

I think this can cause a rear end accident with a car following behind me.

Does anyone else experience this? Can this be fixed?

Might want to setup a dealer visit, my M340i doesn’t do this

If it’s like the g30
Question, was there a car in front but in another lane? Just something to rule out on idrive 7 there is an option to not undertake ( or words to that effec). Just wondering if that was the scenario by any chance which just coincided with driving under a bridge?
It’s an option you can uncheck.(option is on a U.K. car so may be different in other markets potentially
Just a thought , otherwise yeh it doesn’t sound right at all!
