I added a match up 8DSP to my 23 330i w/ hifi. I created a tune that sounds great but wanted to see if anyone has a tune they use and like that would like to share.

Im curious what others have created. I’m happy to email mine, let’s trade. TIA

Hi,

Happy to share, although this is for a setup with all Morel speakers and L-R differential fill for the rear. I'd definitely like to see other files.

It's named "final", but tuning rarely is.

Just ordered my AMP and harness, I see you have a sub in the boot which I am also adding. Any chance you could share your file as I am hopeless at this kind of stuff it would be really appreciated :-)

There is a huge 7BMW / F30 sharing thread but not much for the G20.

I've just ordered the 8DSP and harness for the G20 676 hifi.

Match doesn't have ANY G20 base configs. Anyone happy to share one? Preferably stock speakers and right-hand-drive, but I guess left works and I can redo the speaker distances.

From reading threads, I'm confused if speaker replacements are much more than a placebo or minor improvement at best. A lot of subs seem to be no better than OEM in measurable performance, often worse in the mid-bass range... either that or they've not sorted the DSP properly for them.

Based on all I've read, seems safest to stay with stock speakers and run a powered sub off the Match amps line-out to fill the 20-65hz range.

Send me your email and I’ll send you a copy of my tune. It’s left-hand but that’s an easy fix. I have not changed the stock speakers and it sounds phenomenal. I would imagine that aftermarket speakers might add some additional headroom, but I don’t think it’s worth my time or money to take my car apart for a maybe 5 to 10% improvement.

I did add a powered subwoofer, and that’s made the biggest difference for me.

Hello, could you PM me your setup as well? Ive got an f36 but Im told its not much different with the Hifi in the F-cars.
I have an Match up 8bmw in my car but Im not satisfied with my tune yet..

What amp and harness did you buy and from where?
